Like all of our unique makeover packages, Start Me Up is designed, developed and built around your vision, intentions and desired outcome for your business. Shaping and guiding your makeover will be the habits, pains, challenges, desires and buying preferences of your target audience. 

To arrive at your desired outcome we will utilize a proven four-stage process throughout the entire makeover project. You will be in excellent hands as our expert team of consultants and coaches are well known for consistently producing career and business altering transformations. For many clients, the first Strategic Marketing Session (SMS) alone produces ideas, strategies and new techniques that are worth the cost of the entire Start Me Up package.

Your SMS consultants and personal coach will collaborate with you one-on-one, over a three-month period, to achieve these six primary goals:

1. Attract customers cost effectively
2. Secure customers cost effectively
3. Maintain customers cost effectively
4. Sell more to existing customers cost effectively
5. Strengthen your focus on a daily basis
6. Achieve a healthy balance between your business and your personal life

Strategic Marketing Sessions (SMS):

• Your designated SMS consultant will personally guide you through seven (7) one-on-one business building meetings, totaling 8 hours, over a three-month period. Your SMS meetings serve as the foundation for the entire makeover process, specifically, the outcome of your marketing copy, marketing campaigns and the design of your overall brand. Due to logistics all SMS meetings are conducted via the phone. NOTE: This is not group coaching. This is hands on, in-depth consulting customized for you and your business.

  While each makeover is highly customized and personalized for you and your business, there are some consistent SMS topics that we cover with every client. They include but are not limited to the following:

• Productize your service for maximum profits.
• Determine if your service is disconnected from your clients and if so, build the bridge that will bring your target audience closer to you.
• Understand why people don’t pay attention until pain is involved and how leveraging this can immediately start bringing in tens-of-thousands of dollars in new money into your business.
• Communicate and sell to your clients the way they want to buy through a simple four-color process.
• Define the brand image, story, and positioning of your business. You’ll gain the answers to the following important questions:

What does the brand look like? What is the story? What emotions does the brand and story evoke? What does it stand for? Who does it speak to? What is the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and tagline and how will it be communicated to your audience?

The answers to most of these questions will be based upon your defined target audience. We’ll also come up with additional USPs and themes for online and offline marketing campaigns, as well as USPs for the various divisions, services, products, and courses you offer.

• Identify your most profitable referral sources and create the ultimate win-win referral program that consistently pours in high qualified leads.
• Utilize a seven step selling process to identify, define, and create a lead generation system for moving prospects through your sales funnel and into profitable clients.

Personal Coaching Sessions (PCS):

• In addition to your Strategic Marketing Session consultant, you will work with your very own certified personal coach. There will be a total of three (3) coaching sessions totaling 3 hours, over a three-month period. The intention is to strengthen your focus, alleviate the stress and overwhelm you may be experiencing as an entrepreneur and aligning your business model to fit your desired lifestyle. Specifically, your coach will also work with other key members of your makeover team to ensure you achieve your outcome and remain focused throughout the makeover process. Due to logistics all coaching sessions will be held via the phone.

  While each makeover is highly customized and personalized for you and your business, there are some consistent PCS topics that we cover with every client. They include but are not limited to the following:

Research & Development:

• All development, research, and assistance for execution of specific marketing and branding strategies. This work, including time and effort, will take place outside of your regularly scheduled SMS consulting meetings and includes but is not limited to research into target audience, identifying strategic partners, online and offline strategies. If applicable for your makeover project, you will also receive a comprehensive research document compiling statistics and vital information about your target audience and industry.

Creative Design*:

• All creative design is customized for your makeover. Even if you see a design we did for another client, while the framework may be the same, the intention, copy and design will be unique to your vision.

  All creative designs come with three (3) rounds of revisions. Anything above the three rounds will be charged an hourly rate of $150.

  PRINTING & HOSTING*
  Cost of printing of marketing collateral and hosting your Website is not included. We will, however, provide you options for each at a significantly reduced rate in our formal agreement/proposal.
  
  HIGH-RES IMAGES*
  While we utilize our vast library of images for use on the web and in print, the cost for any high-res photos needed for your project fall outside of the fees associated with this package.
  
  SUBSTITUTE*
  If there is no logo development needed we will substitute in its place your choice of a direct mail piece or an HTML email ad.
  

Copywriting*:

• Our team of copywriting specialists will oversee the creation/development of your company's marketing copy. All written copy, including taglines, headlines, call to action, and pitches will be included with:

  *In order to keep the costs of this package at its current rate you will need to provide initial copy for all key areas detailed above. Our team of copywriting specialists will then edit, structure and where applicable, rewrite your copy, making it more engaging, persuasive and dazzling. In short, we'll make it attract and secure you clients.
  
  All copywriting comes with three (3) rounds of revisions. Anything above the three rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate for copywriting at $225.

• When the makeover process is complete we make sure you're not left alone. You will automatically be enrolled in our three-month advisory program called The Roundtable. Here you be joined by other women entrepreneurs, who, like you, have also gone through the makeover process.

  Once a month, for a three-month period, you will join your fellow entrepreneurs and a designated Everywhere Marketing consultant and coach for a 90-minute group advisory call. No group will exceed 20 entrepreneurs so as to keep each advisory call highly interactive, valuable and fast paced.
