As the creative force behind the agency’s makeover packages, Pete maintains an active involvement with your makeover from start to finish. Whether it is creating your company’s online and offline marketing campaigns, writing eye-catching headlines and copy, teaching you to pre-educate and pre-sell your customers, or working with the design team on the story, look and feel of your brand, Pete is the ultimate collaborator.

Prior to the launch of Everywhere Marketing Pete was the CEO of The Valeo Group, a leading sales and marketing consultancy he founded in September of 2001. During this time he developed the three-step makeover process that is now at the heart of Everywhere Marketing.  He is also the founder of the popular sales training firm, Selling In Color, which teaches entrepreneurs and corporate sales teams a fun, simple and profitable seven step sales system for selling the way customers want to buy.

Pete’s sales and marketing strategies have played a key role in the growth and ongoing success of a distinguished client list that ranges from thousands of small business owners to leading organizations such as the Allergan, Keane, U.S. Department of Commerce, Sweet Life, Solana MedSpas, DSW, Ricon Corporation, NOVAtime, Susan’s Healthy Gourmet, and UCLA to name a few.

Prior to founding Everywhere Marketing and The Valeo Group, Pete enjoyed a successful 13 year career as a top sales executive, sales trainer and held senior management positions with start-ups as well as Fortune 1000 firms, such as EarthLink, one of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers. He achieved numerous awards for sales and management excellence, including the #1 ranking in overall sales for every company he had worked for. 

As one of the world’s leading experts of productizing, Pete walks his talk. He has successfully transferred his background, knowledge and experience in sales, branding and marketing into sought after and respected training programs and keynote presentations, as well as authoring two books and creating several popular audio courses.

Most recently Pete co-authored the new book and audio release Success Under Fire: Lessons For Being Your Best In Crunch Time with legendary NBA and Los Angeles Laker legend, Jamaal Wilkes and renowned business psychologist, Dr. Gail Schaper Gordon.

Pete lives in Irvine, CA. with his 15 year old son, Taylor. When not creating makeovers for clients he is usally getting beat by Taylor during their weekly one-on-one basketball games. Just don't let him know we told you.
