Four Stage System

This system is our roadmap and yours for every single strategy associated with your business and the makeover itself.  First and foremost, why is this four-stage system needed?

Because anything worth doing well should be DUPLICATED. And to duplicate your best efforts continuously you need a SYSTEM.

With any initiative you undertake, whether it is a relationship strategy you use to influence a particular set of customers or a plan you put in place for your personal life, before you reach the stage of actually making your goals come true, your underlying focus should be to have a viable System in place.

A well defined system will allow you to achieve more in less time and usually with less effort, regardless of what obstacles you face. This is critical to succeeding by design rather than succeeding by accident. The framework for such a system is to start with the most basic of questions, "Am I doing the right thing?" To answer that question and incidentally, two key options you have when it comes to setting your goals are:

Short Term Goals & Long Term Goals

Any makeover you do for your business, no matter what area of the company you’re concentrating on, will need to address both. For that reason, it is best to focus on these two with an emphasis on what is at stake for you personally, your family, for your company and what’s at stake for your customers. By aligning these elements with your makeover goals you will find your efforts becoming more cohesive and natural.  Over time you will tweak the strategies and tactics as you learn during the makeover to what is working well and what isn’t.

At the onset of the makeover process, no matter the goal, vision or dream you have set, we will collaborate with you to address these three key questions:

What To Do? (Figure out what you want)
To realize your outcome, you’ll want to visualize it first – make it real.

Why Do It? (Figure out what’s at stake)
If it’s to make more money, that’s not enough. Stretch yourself here and dig deep. Put it in writing and share the goals to make them real.

How To Do It? (Figure out what steps are needed)
The bigger the goal the more people you’ll need to pull it off. Gather your resources and map out the action steps needed to achieve your desired outcome.

The process involved during your makeover and in successfully answering these three questions is much the same as what you’ve done so far in your career. The truth and value of this process isn’t found in whether you’ve asked yourself these questions, or gone through this four-stage process before, as we’re sure you have at some point.

The true value is whether you were consciously aware of this process. If you weren’t more than likely your actions and even results simply happened by random chance. Herein lies the difference between succeeding by accident versus succeeding by design. And this, above anything else, is why the four-stage system defines and frames every aspect of the makeover process. We make sure you are consciously aware of these four steps, so that your efforts become a lot easier and more profitable.

Below are the four stages and how they relate and work within step one (Mindset) of the makeover.

Identify
Come up with your company’s USP, value, story and identify the pain your audience has to experience before hiring your company. Identify issues causing you overwhelm and possible burnout with running your business.

Prioritize
Take what we identified and discovered in stage one and prioritize it based on what’s most important to you and your target audience. Creating balance between your personal life and running a successful business is key here.

Resources
We now take inventory of all that you’ve done prior to your makeover. From contacts and clients to any marketing material that’s been created. We begin to eliminate what is no longer conducive to your business and retain what will be part of your makeover.

Execute
It’s time to start putting your new perspective, confidence and market positioning to use. Here we initiate Phase II and start productizing as well as start the initial design phase of the project, both of which use the very same 4 stage process as we did during the Mindset portion of the makeover.
